International BPO – Customer Care Executive

Locations: Malad | Andheri | Thane | Navi Mumbai


About the Opportunity

Vibrantzz Management Services is hiring Customer Service / Customer Care Executives for leading International BPO processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who want stable income, incentives, and career growth in the BPO industry.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will:

  • Interact with international customers via voice, chat, or email
  • Handle customer queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts
  • Deliver timely and accurate resolutions with a customer-first approach
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet quality benchmarks such as CSAT, productivity, and compliance
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times

Salary & Benefits

  • In-hand salary: ₹18,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience and process)

Shift Details

  • US Shift: 5:30 PM – 9:30 AM
  • UK Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM
  • AUS Shift: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(Any 9-hour shift within the above time slots)

(Rotational night shifts and 2 weekly offs)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: HSC / Graduate
  • Freshers welcome
  • International BPO experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in night shifts
  • All mandatory documents required
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Confident communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
