Job Description
- Customer Interaction: Manage calls from international customers regarding queries, complaints, and support requests.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and escalate complex cases.
- Information Delivery: Provide accurate details about products/services.
- Record Keeping: Update customer account info and call details in the system.
- Quality & Targets: Adhere to quality standards, meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.), and follow company policies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Customer Service: Strong service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational/night shift environment.
- Technical: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to handle irate customers.
Typical Environment:
- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Call Centers.
- Rotational shifts (often nights for US/UK markets).
- Performance-driven with high call volumes
