International Voice Process Agent (Male)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Night shift - Male - Mulund West, Mumbai

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

2. Handling escalated customer complaints and finding effective solutions.

3. Providing product information and assistance to customers.

4. Monitoring customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.

5. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.

6. Assisting with training and mentoring new customer service representatives.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in a INTERNATIONAL customer service role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
