Role Overview

You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and resolving queries related to telecom services. The role requires strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions over calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve queries related to telecom services, billing, and account issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards


Salary and Benefits

  • Salary up to 7 LPA based on last drawn salary and experience
  • Performance-based growth and internal opportunities
  • One-side transportation facility provided
  • Stable 5-day working schedule with rotational offs


Shift Timings

  • US Shift: Between 5:30 PM to 9:30 AM (any 9.5-hour shift)
  • UK Shift: Between 9:30 AM to 2:00 AM (any 9.5-hour shift)


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or experienced candidates preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in BPO or customer service is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • All Experience and Educational Documents Mandatory
