Job Description – Advocate Intern

Position: Legal Intern / Advocate Intern

Location: Andheri East

Duration: Minimum Six Months

Stipend: 8000/- to 10000/-

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated Advocate Intern to assist our legal team in day-to-day operations, case preparation, research, and documentation. The role offers practical exposure to legal proceedings, drafting, and client interactions under the supervision of senior advocates.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, petitions, and agreements.
• Prepare case briefs, notes, and presentations.
• Support in reviewing and organizing case files and evidence.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and arbitrations (if required).
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of legal records.
• Stay updated with the latest legal developments, judgments, and amendments.
• Skills & Qualifications:Law student (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / pursuing LL.M) or recent graduate.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools (e.g., Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.).
