Job Title: Inventory Executive

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

Job Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and daily reports

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits
• Update inventory data in ERP/system on a daily basis
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
• Prepare MIS reports related to inventory and stock status
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
• Follow inventory control procedures and company policies
• Required Skills:Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Preferred Candidates:Experience in warehouse/logistics/retail/manufacturing sector
• Immediate joiners preferred
