Investment Analyst (MBA In Finance Or Bachelor In Finance, CFA Level I Or Level II Preferred) We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our research team. This role is ideal for candidates with an MBA in Finance or a Bachelor's in Finance and who have passed Level I or Level II of the CFA Program or are currently enrolled.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform pre-IPO research of private companies.

2. Conduct equity research and market analysis.

3. Develop investment strategies.

4. Collect primary and secondary data for creating research reports.

5. Understand different aspects of equity research and analysis.

6. Demonstrate good report writing skills.

7. Utilize data analysis skills using Excel; basic understanding of Python is an added advantage.

8. Exhibit excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

9. Possess a good understanding of the capital market.

Requirements:

- MBA in Finance or Bachelor's in Finance.

- CFA Level I or Level II passed.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in market research and equity analysis.
