About the Role: About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Investment Banker & with a strong background in private equity or professional services with the ace consultants, such as Mc Kinsey, E&Y, KPMG, PWC, BCG, etc. 

The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial insight, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience in deal evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence, fundraising, debt syndication , portfolio management etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis for potential deals

2. Conduct due diligence and preparation of investment memoranda

3. Support senior management in fundraising and investor communication

4. Liaise with legal, tax, and compliance teams for transaction execution

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives

Key Requirements

• MBA in Finance from a reputed institution

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity firms or with any of the large consulting firms (Mc Kinsey, E&Y, KPMG, PWC, BCG, etc.)

• Strong understanding of financial statements, M&A, and capital markets

• Expertise in Excel-based financial modeling and valuation techniques

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualities

• CFA or other relevant financial certifications (will have a weightage)

• Experience in sectoral research or investment strategy formulation
