Role Description

Experience: 0-2 years

CTC : 3-3.50 LPA + 25% Flat Incentives


Must Have:

* Good communication in English

* ⁠Two-wheeler / Willingness to travel

* ⁠Desirable Understanding of local language


Responsibilities & duties

* Build good working relationship with Clients

* ⁠Calling on leads provided by the company

* ⁠Maintain and Develop relationships with developers in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.

* ⁠Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.

* ⁠Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring Service standards in line with company polices.

* ⁠Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis

* ⁠Showing properties to potential buyers

* ⁠Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller

* ⁠Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller.
