Desktop Support & Active Directory Job Description: We are hiring an IT Engineer with experience in Desktop Support and Server/Active Directory. The candidate should be able to handle both end-user IT support and Active Directory migration & troubleshooting independently.
- Responsibilities:Desktop/Laptop support (Windows 10/11)
- Installation & troubleshooting of systems, printers, and peripherals
- Active Directory user & group management
- AD migration and domain-related tasks
- Troubleshooting login, policy, DNS, and system issues
- Basic Windows Server support
- Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 support
