IT Executive

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, networking systems, and server environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining system security and performance.

-Maintain and monitor overall IT infrastructure (servers, desktops, laptops)

-Ensure uptime, performance, and availability of IT systems

-Handle hardware installation, upgrades, and maintenance

-Manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls

-Configure and troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, IP conflicts, etc.)

-Monitor network performance and security

-Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers

-Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies

-Handle user creation, access control, and permissions

-Provide L1/L2 support to employees for hardware/software issues

-Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems

-Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution

Skills

Knowledge of Windows Server / Linux OS

Basic to intermediate Networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

Familiarity with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)

Understanding of backup tools and antivirus systems

Networking + Server + IT Support + Field Work
