IT / HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and should have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for mid-level and lateral positions.

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews.

Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offer rollout, and joining.

Handle salary negotiation, notice period discussions, and offer closures.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant IT talent.

Ensure timely closures as per hiring timelines and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.

Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, Frontend, Backend, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.

Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster) and LinkedIn sourcing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
