Role -
• The Account Manager will be responsible for managing our recruitment services relationship with customers. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company, upselling and cross selling are the important aspects of Account Management Role. This is an Individual Contributor Role.
Responsibilities-
• Communicating with clients to understand their Hiring needs and Collaborating with internal departments and vendor partners to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Makes sure clients receive requested deliverables on time.
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
• Identifies recruitment opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
 
Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:
• 2 to 6 years Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or in relevant role with Any Bachelor’s degree and recruitment background.
• Recruiters aspire to become account manager are also welcome.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Technical Skills on Technology roles is must to have as screening the profiles will be part of this role.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills with Good hold on MS Office.
