Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) with basic hands-on knowledge to provide on-site IT support at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 IT & Desktop Support at client site
• Basic Active Directory (AD) user management (create, delete, password reset, unlock users)
• Desktop & laptop troubleshooting (Windows OS)
• Printer, scanner & peripheral device support
• Basic networking support (LAN, patching, RJ-45 crimping, switch connections)
• Installation & configuration of systems, software & antivirus
• Coordinate with remote teams if required

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD Server)
• Windows OS & MS Office troubleshooting
• Basic networking & cabling (crimping, patch cords, switch ports)
• Good communication & on-site coordination skills

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support / Desktop Support

Work Nature:

• Contract / Per Day / On-Site
• Location may vary as per client requirement

Payment:

• Paid on per-day basis (as per assignment)
