Job Description
- Job Accountabilities -
- Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated,
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Provide desktop and Laptop support
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
- Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
- Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
- Completing internal user moves
- Providing support for MAC and PC
- Installing specific softwares, authorized by the company
- Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
- Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment, OS Upgradation, Software Upgradation, etc..)
- Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager
- Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) – Troubleshooting Skills, Windows Operating Systems Knowledge, Computer Networking Concepts.
- Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) - BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT/ BCA/ B.CS
- Experience – 2 to 6 yrs
