Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Provide software support, OS updates, antivirus management, and system setup (imaging & data migration).
  • Configure and support network devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN/WAN).
  • Deliver on-site support at client locations and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain service reports and hardware inventory.
  • Ensure quick and effective resolution of user issues.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to lift and handle IT equipment.
  • Flexible to work beyond standard hours if required.
