Responsibilities: 

Person should have good experience to implement IT infrastructure & give support to Servers, Networking products, Desktop, Laptop & all peripherals of IT

• Educate customer on IT technologies and influence direction of the solution to be selected.

• Co-ordinate with the technical team & business owners to understand the unique requirements for each implementation & support.

• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done. 

Skills & Qualification:

• Looking for candidates with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.

• Any technical graduation or technical experience if not technical graduation, then any technical certification relevant to the job profile.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.

• Ability to work under demanding timelines whenever required.

• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision.
