IT Technical Assistant

The Cybertech is looking for a IT Technical Assistant who can support the development and testing team. The candidate should have knowledge of software testing, software design concepts, and strong MS Office skills. The role also requires good communication and presentation skills to provide software demonstrations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform software testing and identify bugs or issues.
• Assist in software design documentation and project documentation.
• Prepare technical reports and documents using MS Word.
• Work with data and reports using MS Excel.
• Create presentations in MS PowerPoint for meetings and client demos.
• Provide software demonstrations to clients and explain software features.
• Assist the IT team with technical support and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Required Skills Knowledge of Software Testing.
• Basic understanding of Software Design concepts.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Good writing and documentation skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain software to clients clearly.
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Knowledge of SQL / Database concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
