About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and meticulous Manual Designer to join our dynamic export team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in manual design techniques, including CorelDRAW, to create intricate and detailed jewellery designs that uphold our brand’s standard of exceptional craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, high-quality jewelry designs using manual techniques and CorelDRAW.
• Collaborate effectively with the design team to interpret project briefs and objectives.
• Ensure all designs meet stringent quality controls and aesthetic benchmarks for the export market.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a current understanding of global jewellery design trends and industry innovations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in manual jewellery design.
• Markets: Prior exposure to export markets is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual jewellery design techniques and CorelDRAW.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, a highly creative mindset, and excellent communication/teamwork skills.
• Education: SSC Pass or above.
