Jewellery Sales Associate

Need Sales Executive with minimum 6 months experience in jewelry field.

Job role:

• Greet customers, understand their requirements, and show suitable jewelry options in the counter/showroom.
• Explain basic product details like metal type, purity (e.g., 18K/22K), stone type, pricing, and current offers in simple language.
• Assist in trials: helping customers try rings, bangles, necklaces safely and comfortably, and offering alternative designs or price ranges.
• Support billing and documentation by preparing items for invoicing, generating tags, and coordinating with the cashier for smooth checkout.
• Maintain display counters: cleaning, arranging products, ensuring tags and prices are correct, and keeping the counter attractive.
• Handle basic stock activities like counting items at opening/closing, keeping trays organized, and informing seniors about low-moving or missing items.
