The successful candidate will assist in providing legal support, drafting documents, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on various legal topics.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist senior lawyers with case preparation, court filings, and administrative tasks.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required.
• Maintain and update legal files, records, and documentation.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal policies.
• Stay current on relevant legislation and legal developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; admission to the bar is a plus.
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
