Job Description :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial concept through construction administration. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and functional design solutions that exceed expectations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design Development: Create comprehensive design concepts, sketches, and 3D models for [Project Type, e.g., high-end residential/mixed-use].
• Documentation: Produce high-quality schematic design, design development, and construction documents (CDs).
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination with structural, MEP, and civil engineers.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and ADA requirements.
• Construction Administration: Conduct site visits, review RFIs and submittals, and ensure the design intent is maintained during build-out.
• Client Relations: Lead client presentations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Professional degree in Architecture
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) and rendering software (Enscape/V-Ray).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent verbal/visual communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
