Junior Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Quantity Take-Off & Estimation Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for civil works (earthwork, concrete, formwork, masonry, finishing, etc.).
• Support the preparation of project budgets.
•  Rate Analysis & Costing Prepare basic rate analyses for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Update cost databases and rate sheets regularly.

3. Tendering Support

Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and bid submissions.

• Coordinate with procurement for the latest material prices.
• Ensure all tender requirements are reviewed and complied with

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational RequirementsDiploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of civil construction materials and methods
• Basic understanding of estimation and costing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (if applicable)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Good communication and coordination ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines
