Junior Marketing Executive

About The Role

Culture Shock Media is looking for someone who loves ideas, brands, and the internet.

As a Junior Marketing + Client Servicing Executive, you’ll work closely with different brands across campaigns and retainer projects. You’ll be the bridge between clients and the creative team, helping turn ideas into real campaigns.

If you enjoy brainstorming concepts, building decks, planning content, and staying on top of pop culture, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

● Work with brands on marketing campaigns and monthly retainers

● Be the point of contact between clients and the internal team

● Help develop fresh ideas every month for brand content

● Create idea decks and pitch presentations

● Plan and manage content calendars

● Post and manage content on client pages

● Handle community engagement and audience interaction

● Coordinate with designers, strategists, and creators to bring campaigns to life

You’ll Be A Good Fit If You

● Have 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or client servicing

● Are confident and well-spoken in English

● Understand internet culture, pop culture, and digital trends

● Can balance creative thinking with marketing basics

● Are organised and comfortable managing multiple brands

● Like turning ideas into actual content.
