Junior Merchandiser

Sample Development & Execution- Oversee the sample development process from concept to final approval.

- Work closely with the design and sourcing teams to ensure accurate execution of samples.

- Maintain detailed records of sample iterations and approvals.

Factory Allocation & Vendor Coordination- Allocate samples to appropriate factories based on capability and timelines.

- Regularly follow up with vendors to track sample progress and ensure timely completion.

- Address any issues arising during the development process to maintain quality standards.

Quality Control & Compliance- Ensure samples meet quality specifications, fit standards, and design expectations.

- Coordinate sample revisions and modifications as per feedback from the design team.
