Job Description: Junior Production Head (Event Management)

Location: Andheri (W)

Work Hours: 11:00am - 8:00pm (Mon-Sat)

Experience: 7-8 Years

Salary: 8LPA - 10LPA

Role Overview

The Junior Production Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end event production, ensuring seamless planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. This role demands deep knowledge of the event ecosystem, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to deliver high-quality events within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute events end-to-end across corporate, social, and large-scale formats.
• Convert client briefs into clear production plans and ensure smooth on-ground execution within timelines and quality standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Understand client budgets and align production planning accordingly.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs, and manage costs to deliver value without compromising quality.
• Track expenses and ensure budget adherence.

Vendor Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for fabrication, AV, lighting, décor, logistics, and manpower.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and cost efficiency through strong vendor coordination.

Market & Industry Knowledge

• Maintain a strong understanding of the event market, vendor capabilities, and pricing trends.
• Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and production practices.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams and manage production staff as per event requirements.
• Supervise setup, event execution, and dismantling on the ground.

Client & Quality Management

• Handle production-related client interactions and create budget-aligned checklists.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and venue norms while maintaining high-quality standards.
