 Key Account Manager – B2B Growth (HoReCa | Corporate Gifting | Office Snacking)

Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow some of our most valuable relationships across HoReCa, corporates, and gifting partners. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive repeat revenue, unlock larger contracts, and turn clients into long-term growth engines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key accounts across HoReCa, corporate offices, and gifting companies.

Drive repeat business and monthly billing cycles

Identify upsell opportunities (new SKUs, formats, bundles)

Build relationships with Procurement, Admin, HR, and F&B heads

Act as the single point of contact for key clients

Increase average order value (AOV) and account contribution

Convert one-time buyers into long-term contracts

Drive seasonal and bulk order growth

Work closely with operations, production, and logistics teams

Ensure smooth delivery, timelines, and quality control

Manage custom requirements (branding, packaging, bulk formats)

Track account performance and identify growth opportunities

Share on-ground insights from HoReCa and corporate segments

Contribute to pricing, packaging, and product decisions


Who You Are


2–5 years experience in B2B / Key Account Management / Corporate Sales


Exposure to HoReCa, gifting, FMCG, or institutional sales


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Commercial mindset — you understand margins, volumes, and scaling accounts


Ownership-driven and execution-focused


Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary


₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month


Incentives (High Earning Potential)


5% on revenue from servicing existing accounts


20% on revenue from new clients acquired


15% on upselling within existing clients (CM2 accounts)
