Responsibilities

● Train and support shopkeepers in implementing and utilising Snapmint’s EMI payment solution to offer affordability and enhance their business offerings.

● Engage with customers to gather valuable feedback on the product, assisting our product managers in refining the solution for optimal customer adoption.

● Drive adoption of Snapmint’s EMI payment solution by actively participating in sales pitches at store locations.

● Work closely with our product team to relay key insights and improvement suggestions based on field experiences.

● You will spend 6 days of the week on the field either at or travelling between retail shops. Weekoff will be on weekday

● As a larger number of customers visit stores on Friday, Saturday and Sunday you will be working however you will be permitted to take leave on an alternate day of the week 


Qualifications:

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train shopkeepers and engage with customers. ● Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving innovation and adoption.

● Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent service

● Attention to detail and ability to share reports.

● 2 years experience in field sales role.

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel to various store locations.

● Ability to speak English/ Marathi / Hindi fluently.


Should possess a two-wheeler (mandatory)

Working Hours: 12.30 to 9.30 PM 6 days working including Saturday & Sunday, 1 day off on weekdays.
