Kitchen Assistant

Assist chefs in basic food preparation and kitchen operations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.

Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as required.

Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.

Assist in receiving and organizing daily kitchen supplies.

Support in plating and garnishing dishes during service hours.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards strictly.

Dispose of waste and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.

Work collaboratively with chefs and stewards for smooth operations.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
