L2 IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Windows Active Directory Level 2 Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AD administration and domain migration. The candidate should be able to independently manage AD operations, troubleshooting, and migration activities in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Active Directory domain migration (users, groups, computers, GPOs)
• Administer & support AD services (User & Group Management, OU structure, GPOs)
• Troubleshoot AD, DNS, and authentication-related issues
• Support domain join, trust relationships, and replication issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders during migration and cutover activities

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory (L2 Support)
• Proven experience in domain migration projects
• Good knowledge of DNS, Group Policy, and Windows Server
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve AD & Windows issues

Support Window:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Experience Level:

• Level 2 (L2) – Relevant AD experience required
