Job Overview

IP SUPERSHOPEE PVT LTD is looking for a detail-oriented Label Generation Executive – E-commerce to support our growing online retail operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and managing shipping and product labels for various eCommerce platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate order processing, proper labeling and smooth coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Label Generation

• Generate shipping labels for orders from eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and the company website.
• Ensure labels contain accurate shipping information, barcodes, order IDs and courier details.

Order Processing

• Download and process daily orders from different marketplaces.
• Prepare and print labels for dispatch and coordinate with the packing team.

Data Accuracy

• Verify order details including customer information, product SKUs, quantities and shipping addresses.
• Ensure all labels match order details and inventory records.

Quality Check

• Perform checks to avoid errors in label printing and order dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with platform and courier labeling guidelines.

System & Documentation

• Maintain records of generated labels and processed orders.
• Update internal systems or spreadsheets for tracking shipments and order status.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse, packing and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Assist in resolving order or labeling issues quickly.

Reporting

• Prepare daily or weekly reports related to order processing and label generation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduate.
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order management systems.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, basic data entry, printing tools).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
