Job Title: Vendor Compliance Executive – Payroll

Job Summary:

The Vendor Compliance Executive – Payroll is responsible for ensuring that all payroll-related vendors strictly comply with company policies, statutory regulations, and compliance standards. This role involves managing payroll documentation, monitoring statutory filings, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth and error-free payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with payroll vendors to collect, verify, and maintain compliance-related documents
• Ensure vendors adhere to payroll statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.
• Conduct payroll compliance checks during vendor onboarding
• Review and maintain monthly and quarterly payroll compliance reports
• Support vendor payroll audits and reconciliation activities
• Identify compliance gaps or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Finance, and Legal
• Track compliance parameters as per payroll SLAs and vendor contracts
