About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This entry-level role is perfect for those eager to start a career in B2B or SaaS/tech sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, inbound inquiries and Cold calling 

* Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions

* Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects

* Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to refine outreach strategies

* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Requirements:

* 0–3 years in Inside Sales/Lead Generation (B2B preferred)

* Strong communication and phone skills

* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot is a plus)

* Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to learn
