Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive who can execute on proven lead generation methodologies to drive scalable, predictable pipeline growth. This person will own our lead generation strategy, execute across multiple channels, and develop engaged prospects ready for closing.


ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a Lead Generation role focused on building our foundation of engaged leads. You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation Strategy & Execution - Identify, build, and execute on the most effective channels to reach our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) using the "More, Better, New" framework
  • Cold Outreach - Execute systematic multi-touch cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone using proven cold outreach playbooks
  • Lead Qualification - Qualify leads using our qualification framework to ensure sales team works only with engaged prospects
  • Lead Magnet Optimization - Create and optimize lead magnets that are valuable enough prospects would pay for them
  • Pipeline Development - Build a consistent, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities ready to move to closing
  • Creating New Channels of lead generation - Ideating, strategizing, collaborating with stakeholders, planning and executing continuously to test new channels across platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Essential:

  • 1-2 years in sales development, lead generation, or business development role
  • Proven ability to execute multi-touch cold outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Strong research skills - ability to identify and build prospect lists
  • Data-driven mindset - comfort with tracking metrics and optimizing based on results
  • Self-starter mentality - comfort working with little hand-holding on day-to-day tactics
  • Ability to master one skill/channel deeply before moving to next
  • Understanding of B2B sales fundamentals and ICP development

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in generating leads for software sales in saas, web based subscriptions, B2B ecommerce, B2C ecommerce. Industry Agnostic (works)
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Hunter, Clearbit, etc.)
  • Experience creating and optimizing lead magnets
  • Background in paid ads (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) or content distribution
  • Ability to write compelling cold email copy and value propositions
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Track record of hitting lead generation targets
