Technical Support Representative (TSR) – Legal Process (Key Responsibilities)

• Review and process legal documents (contracts, notices, affidavits, case files)
• Maintain and update case records in legal systems/CRM
• Track hearing dates, deadlines, and filings
• Support lawyers in documentation and formatting
• Handle client queries via call/email/chat and provide case updates
• Coordinate between clients, advocates, and legal teams
• Conduct basic legal research and compliance checks
• Assist in e-filing and court portal usage
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in reports

Skills

• Basic knowledge of Indian legal system
• Legal drafting & documentation
• Communication (English & Hindi)
• MS Word, Excel & email handling
• Attention to detail & deadline management

Preferred

• LLB / Law student
• Experience in LPO / compliance / back-office
• Familiar with court procedures & contracts
