Legal Executive

A Legal Executive is responsible for conducting legal research, preparing briefs, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence, and ensuring all documents meet compliance and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting litigation by managing case files, coordinating with external counsel, preparing court documents, and tracking deadlines. The Legal Executive also assists with compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and contract administration, including maintaining databases and tracking renewals. Additional responsibilities include providing corporate secretarial support such as preparing board documents and statutory filings, liaising with internal departments and government agencies, and managing legal documentation, schedules, and confidential records to support the overall operations of the legal department.
