Lehenga/Suits Dept Manager

Oversee daily operations for Bridal Lehengas and Dresses.

Must ensure exceptional customer service, manage order to delivery process.

Ideal candidate must be aware of embroidery works and tailoring, have experience in high range retail products, be driven and enthusiastic.

Must be keen on learning.

Excellent communication capabilities.

Must have strong leadership skills to manage staff of approx 10 people including sales staff, helpers, back office finishing department and tailors.

Proven track record is preferred.

Supervise Daily activities to ensure smooth functioning.

Maintain inventory levels and stock organization.

Assist customers queries & complaints and manage custom orders.

Lead, motivate sales staff to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Communicate with suppliers and follow up on orders.

MUST KNOW HOW TO EXECUTE LEHENGA ORDERS, TAILORING BASIC, EMBROIDERY WORK AND HANDLING CUSTOMERS AND STAFF

Monday to Saturday 11am to 8.30pm

During peak season Sunday operational 11am to 7.00pm.
