Lift/Elevator Technician

Job Title: Elevator Erector (Minimum 3 Years Experience)

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Erector with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in elevator installation. The candidate will be responsible for complete installation activities, ensuring proper material handling, effective customer coordination, and timely project completion as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute installation of elevators and related components as per technical specifications and safety standards.

Handle and manage site materials, ensuring proper usage and availability for installation work.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and project management) for smooth execution of work.

Maintain regular follow-up for material delivery and site requirements.

Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and functional checks during installation.

Coordinate with customers/clients at site for updates, requirements, and issue resolution.

Maintain site documentation and report daily progress to supervisors.

Ensure all work is completed within the desired project timeline.

Follow all safety norms and company guidelines during installation activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator installation (erection).

Good knowledge of elevator components, installation procedures, and safety practices.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities.

Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby locations as required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-rise building projects.

Basic troubleshooting and adjustment knowledge.
