Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Technician to install, maintain, repair, and inspect elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of lift systems in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform regular preventive maintenance and safety inspections

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults

* Replace or repair defective components (e.g., motors, cables, control panels)

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations

* Maintain detailed service and repair records

* Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and call-outs

Experience:

* [2–5] years of relevant experience in lift installation and maintenance

 Working Conditions:

* May involve working on weekends, holidays, or in shifts

* On-call duties for emergency breakdowns

Skills:

* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

* Good understanding of safety and compliance standards

* Basic knowledge of PLCs and control systems (optional but advantageous)

* Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

* Good communication and documentation skills
