ITI Fresher or Experienced Candidates from Escalator & Elevator industry required ONLY

Job Description of Service :-

• Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and machine parts.
• Required skill levels are available to maintain elevator and escalator systems.
• Troubleshoots and locates malfunction in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems using test equipment.
• Identifying and repairing electrical and mechanical faults and replacing damaged parts, Oiling and greasing moving parts.
• Disassembles defective units and cleans, repairs, or replaces controller parts, generators, and brushes
• Operates elevator to determine power demand and tests power consumption to detect overload factors
• Periodic checks and inspections of lift systems
• Responding to emergency breakdown calls-out.
• Making sure equipment meets health & safety regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment.
• Knowledge of lift maintenance equipment
• Good manual practical intelligence
• Servicing and maintaining machine parts.
• Repairing or replacing system parts.
• Responsible for all routine jobs in shifts.

Job Description of Operation :-

• Unloading the materials received from factory and checking with packing list.
• Taking the site survey and building report.
• Starting the installation activity.
• Site preparation and material receiving as per checklist
• Scheduling Installation and commissioning the job within estimated costs/Time schedules.
• Executing the installation and commissioning and testing of elevator as per agreed timelines, cost and guideline as per safety and quality standard.
• Management of subcontractor, his team & material.
• Accountable for safety, customer satisfaction security and quality of installation
• Co-ordinate with project engineers for troubleshooting the elevator.
• Independently erecting the elevator and finish the job in right time.
• Having good knowledge with various control panels of Elevators
• Having Good Knowledge in both Mechanical & electrical Parts of Elevators.
• Supervise/Monitor the Process & organizing stores.
• Preparing a monthly projection of job completion, inspection & handover.
• Monitoring the Project: Site Activity Management, Preliminary site preparation etc.
• Planning right tools for projects & Manpower planning.
