Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes
• Assist in managing a particular section of the kitchen
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Support inventory control and stock management
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of kitchen experience
• Basic culinary knowledge and skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
