Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our team. The role involves field visits to banks and financial institutions with customer profiles to facilitate vehicle loan approvals and disbursements. The ideal candidate will act as the link between our customers, financiers, and showroom partners to ensure timely and hassle-free processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit banks and NBFCs to submit customer loan profiles and documents.
• Coordinate with bank officials for loan approvals, verifications, and disbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with finance partners and showroom representatives.
• Follow up on loan applications and update customers about the loan status.
• Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and submitted accurately.
• Handle fieldwork related to loan file movements, agreement signings, and bank visits.
• Maintain daily reporting of visits, loan files, and status updates.
• Assist the sales team in offering the best finance options to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0–2 years in loan processing, banking, or automobile finance (freshers can apply).
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be comfortable with fieldwork and visiting multiple bank branches.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle loan documentation and finance procedures preferred.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license required.
• Knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp-based communication.
