Functional Role: Sales Officer

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Location : Mumbai- All over

Department : Sales

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 2 -3years experience required in sales and Field Sales

Functional Competencies:

•        Managing and interpreting customer requirements and Meeting regular sales targets assigned

•        The primary expectation from the role is that candidate must be on the field for Sales and keep getting more customers for the Bank

•        Willing to Travel extensively

•        Should be able to interact with new customers everyday

•        Deliver assigned targets as communicated

•        The candidate must be able to identify new avenues of business for achieving the Sales numbers assigned every month

•        Cold calling & Lead generation.

•        Offering first level after-sales support services.

•        Recording and maintaining client contact data and come for reviews as and when required by the seniors

Behavioral Competencies:

•        Should have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to get the job done and deliver results within time frame

•        Ability to maintain focus under stressful sales/business negotiations.
