Loder And Picker

• Order Picking: Scanning and picking items from warehouse shelves based on daily order lists.
• Loading/Unloading: Handling,, moving, and loading goods onto trucks or containers, ensuring products are balanced and secure.
• Inventory Management: Updating stock records, conducting stock counting, and managing product rotation.
• Safety Compliance: Operating equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely, following warehouse safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Checking items for damage, ensuring correct quantities, and verifying order accuracy.
• Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse, loading docks, and workstations organized and clean. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items (often 50+ lbs) for long periods.
• Experience: Prior warehouse, picking/packing, or forklift operating experience is usually preferred.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading order numbers and inventory picking.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with scanning devices, smartphones, or inventory management software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required. 

Typical Working Conditions

• Schedule: Often involves shift work, including nights, weekends, and potential overtime.
• Environment: Warehouse, industrial, or distribution center setting.
• Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting, and bending for most of the shift.
