Job Description
To support in field / site audit of warehouses, branches and hubs
· Logistics activity audits as per defined norms
· Monitoring & reporting of compliance, processes, gaps etc of audited sites
· Working with clients on logistics efficiency for floor operations
· On floor training to staff (need basis in line with defined SOP)
· Drive / Support: process improvement projects
· Primary research including data capturing through interviews and surveys (as and when required)
· Market intelligence report
