Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy ML models for candidate evaluation, interview scoring, skill assessment, and personalized learning.
- Work on LLM-powered workflows (prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, evaluation logic, safety guardrails).
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets for model training and insight generation.
- Implement classification, ranking, NLP, and recommendation models.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production usage.
- Create monitoring pipelines for model drift, accuracy, and live feedback loops.
- Collaborate with full-stack/backend engineers to integrate ML APIs into the product.
- Maintain documentation, experiment tracking, and evaluation reports.
