Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our operations and maintenance. The role involves overseeing fleet performance, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, and driving efficiency across depots. The candidate should have a strong background in transport industry , operations, and team leadership.
Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance.
Ensure preventive/scheduled maintenance and minimize downtime.
Lead manpower planning, training, and performance reviews.
Monitor fleet uptime, charging performance, and MIS reports.
Handle vendor management, SLA compliance, and warranty settlements.
Drive safety, regulatory, and legal compliance.
Implement SOPs for operations, stores, and inventory.
Conduct audits and ensure cost optimization.
