Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits as required and coordinate on-ground activities
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, updates, and confirmations
• Manage and track orders from initiation to completion
• Handle and monitor retail orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
• Maintain records using Tally and Excel
• Generate bills and invoices as required
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks
