Manager - Planning

Work Description:

□ Preparation of a Master Schedule, establishing Project

Baseline, continuous Supervision, Tracking and Monitoring of the

project progress.

□ Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various

Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time,

Cost, Quality and Safety. Study the impact of alternative

approaches to work.

□ Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for

the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective

Actions to achieve the milestone.

□ Visiting Site on weekly basis and prepare Site notes based on


□ Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts,

Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of

Contractor and Material before the commencement of work

through RFI Management

□ Coordination with the Architect/Consultants to finalize

Drawings/ Statutory Approvals based on Pre-Execution schedule.

□ Drawings Scrutiny, Review of Bill of Quantities, Construction

Area, Analysis Reports, etc.

□ Formalizing Scope of Work. Involvement in Decision making

for selection of Materials, Methodology, Work Specification.
