Job Description

Build the future with data in our Market Research Team! Ideal for analytical minds—beginners with courses, academic backgrounds, or self-taught skills are perfect fits.

  • Market Research Managers: Lead the market research team, design research strategies, oversee projects from start to finish, analyze data for actionable insights, present findings to stakeholders and management, and guide decision-making for product, marketing, and business strategies. Required: Research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative), data analysis basics, and presentation skills. Strong self-learners with personal/freelance research projects or academic background welcome.
  • Quantitative Research Analysts: Conduct surveys, analyze numerical data, perform statistical analysis, track market trends, sizing, customer segmentation, and forecasting. Use tools for data cleaning, visualization, and modeling. Required: Tools like Google Forms/Typeform/SurveyMonkey, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables), SPSS/Google Data Studio/Tableau basics, and stats concepts (regression, correlation). Beginners with strong math/analytics background or online course completions (e.g., Google Data Analytics Certificate) are highly encouraged.
  • Qualitative Research Analysts: Plan and conduct interviews, focus groups, user testing, competitor analysis, and customer persona development. Analyze open-ended responses, identify themes, and extract insights on customer behavior/motivations. Required: Interview techniques, tools like Zoom for sessions, Notion/Miro for organizing insights, and basic thematic analysis. Empathetic beginners with good listening/communication skills and curiosity about people welcome.
  • Competitive Intelligence Analysts: Monitor competitors (products, pricing, marketing, reviews), track industry news, perform SWOT analysis, and create regular competitor reports. Required: Tools like SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Alerts, and social listening (Brandwatch/Meltwater basics). Detail-oriented self-taught researchers who follow industry trends encouraged.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting Specialists: Turn raw research data into clear dashboards, infographics, and reports (charts, graphs, presentations). Collaborate with analysts to make insights easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders. Required: Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and design basics for visuals. Creative beginners with portfolio from personal/academic projects are welcome.
